National Prize for Urban Rehabilitation in Lisbon, awarded by Vida Imobiliária magazine. Sotheby's International Realty Award - Portugal, attributed by the magazine Imobiliário. Both in 2017. The recognition of one of the most outstanding rehabilitation works in the city of Lisbon, both for the size of the building and for its architectural quality and location. It has been a landmark in Lisbon's historic centre since the 1950s. Located next to the famous Ribeira Market - Time Out Market and the train and metro stations of Cais do Sodré, it has façades and a clock tower, revealing a building full of history with unique views over the Tagus river.
